How it works

Please read this guide carefully before you start customising:

A. How are wool needle felted sculptures customised?

  • Please choose the type of product you need to customise in our shop first.
  • Our customer service staff will contact you via email after you place an order. At this point, you can email us your prepared multi-angle photos of your pet. We will communicate with you the color, material and shape of your needle felt sculpture based on the type of product you order.
  • Since it is a custom-made product and the process is complicated, the number of times of communication is related to the colour of your pet's fur, the size of the product, and the movement and demeanour requirements. We support up to 3 major revisions. At key production points, we will discuss the progress with you via video in order to confirm your satisfaction.
  • When the product is finished, we will show you the complete product through video and ship it to you. (Please note that wool needle felted products need to be maintained in a static condition and should not be subjected to large external forces, if they are damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier to claim compensation or ask for our help)

B. How to maintain the customised wool needle felted pets?

  • If available, please use a small comb to comb the surface hair for it regularly.
  • If it is sculptured needle felt, you can customise a glass cover to protect it. If it is a photo frame type needle felt pet, please use a dry brush to gently sweep away the surface floating dust regularly.
